1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of a2z2.world (the “Website”). The Website is operated by A2Z2 DIGITAL PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore under UEN 202321946Z (“A2Z2”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website provides general information about our IT, GPU, AI and software development consulting services. Website content is not professional advice for your particular circumstances and does not constitute an offer or a binding commitment to provide services.

Any services we provide will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the separate agreement controls in relation to those services.

You must not use the Website to:

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You and A2Z2 submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
